A Poem For an Angel

My family member with the biggest most grace filled heart received a gift today from you

One that can never be repaid or replicated

The gift giver is anonymous to us

However they have impacted my family in a way we could never dream or show enough gratitude in reserving

Today my family member was gifted a heart and a kidney. These beautiful organs most surely have stories to tell.

Now they will contribute to that many more adventurous days

To the anonymous soul of this angle

We thank you for being a lifesaver

And your loved ones for supporting you in this final decision

To my family member of a beautiful new heart

I am happy for her.

Prayers to the team that they can work well with grace and fill the OR with the beat of a 

new heart.
